2. Shipping Destinations & Service Area

Available Markets: We currently ship only to the United States Mainland.

Non-Deliverable Areas: We do not provide shipping services to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, minor outlying islands, military bases, and other US territories. Please note that orders shipping to these areas cannot be fulfilled.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment:

• US Warehouse Shipments: 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• China Warehouse Shipments: 10-15 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Note: Delivery times may be extended due to force majeure factors such as customs clearance inspections, national holidays, or flight delays.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping to the US Mainland. Shipping costs are consistent with the settings on the backend of our store; the exact shipping amount displayed on the checkout page shall prevail.

5. Multiple Warehouse Fulfillment

We utilize a multi-warehouse fulfillment model in both China and the United States. Depending on inventory availability, your order may be shipped from either warehouse. Please keep an eye on your email and be patient.

6. Shipping Carriers

• Free Standard Shipping: Handled via USPS and Uniuni.
• Express Shipping (Optional): Can be shipped via UPS and DHL. This is an additional cost; if you require express shipping, please contact us to pay the difference.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All customs duties, import taxes, or any other applicable fees are covered by Hasweld. We ship exclusively to the United States Mainland. There are no additional customs fees or import taxes required for US orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price. You will never be asked to pay any additional charges upon delivery. Should any rare surcharge arise due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be handled entirely by our company.
